God's heart is for every tribe, tongue and nation. One of the ways we participate in this is through short term missions trips. In addition to being a great opportunity to serve people in need, these trips are meant to expose you to global poverty, God's heart for the nations, and church leaders/ministries we support around the world. Students who have gone in the past have told us it was the most impactful experience of their lives.
We currently have partnerships in Kenya, Africa and India. If you would like more information about the next available missions trip, contact us.
While you wait to go on the next trip, here are some other ways you can make a difference around the world:
1. Give. Your regular worship giving to NorthPointe helps make a difference for people around the world. Last year alone, we were able to sponsor 24 orphaned and vulnerable children to go to school in Kenya, build a dorm where hundreds of orphaned children can stay and get educated, distribute thousands of bibles, train hundreds of pastors in India, feed the hungry in kalkuta, support children from the slums to go to school and support the work of church planting in unreached areas of India.
2. Recycle. Each month, donated aluminum cans, plastic beverage bottles, and rinsed glass containers are collected behind the Worship Center on the 4th weekend of each month. The proceeds raised from your recycling donations will purchase Bibles and Proclaimers for use in local and international missions!
3. Get involved with other great organizations. We would encourage you to get involved in many of the great organizations that do the work of evangelism and compassion ministry around the world. Click here for a list of global organizations. (coming soon)
